The Journal of Dental Hygiene sets for these requirements for use of its copyrighted content:
- All requests for permission to reprint or post materials for which the ADHA holds copyright must be made using the Permission Request Form. The completed PDF must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Phone requests are not accepted.
- Most requests are handled within 5 to 7 business days after receipt the completed request form.
- Materials for which the ADHA holds copyright may be reprinted in other published works only with the express written permission of the ADHA and for a fee of $10.00 per published page. Permission will not be granted until full payment is received.
- Proper acknowledgement must be given to the ADHA for material reprinted from any of its publications. Original source information must accompany the reprinted/posted material.
- One complimentary copy of the publication containing the reprinted article will be supplied to the ADHA within one month of the initial publication date.
